listening for the symphony

25 02 2012

For you shall go out in joy
and be led forth in peace;
the mountains and the hills before you
shall break forth into singing,
and all the trees of the field
shall clap their hands.

~ Isaiah 55:12

Beatiful title to go with that scripture. It evokes so much vision. That scripture is one of my favorites.

OH I can hear that song…kind of like jewish music… (the trees of field they clap their hands, as we go out in joy) think that is the right words.

Love it. One of the neat songs we had in churches back in the ’70s/’80s. Filled with JOY!!!!!!!

I’ve always like to envision the trees clapping their hands, especially in the winter when the wind buffets the evergreen boughs and they resound with praise.
